Information you provide
When you contact us, we receive the details you submit, such as your name, email address, company, website, creator category, social media profile and message. Please do not send sensitive personal information through our inquiry forms.
How we use information
We use inquiry information to respond to you, discuss our services, assess potential collaborations and manage the resulting business communications.
Website services and cookies
This website uses WordPress and HostGator hosting. Inquiry information may be stored in the website database and delivered to our business email. Service providers process information as needed to provide hosting, email and website functions.
We use Google Analytics through Site Kit to understand website use. Analytics can collect information about visits, devices and interactions using cookies and similar technologies. See how Google uses information from sites that use its services. The site also offers GTranslate translation and embedded Google Maps. When you use these features, the relevant providers may receive technical information, including your IP address, and apply their own privacy policies. You can manage cookies through your browser settings.
Storage and retention
Our current practice is to retain inquiry and collaboration information until you request its removal. You can request deletion by emailing contact@gracieagency.com. Information needed to meet a legal obligation or resolve an ongoing matter may need to be kept longer.
Website backups may also contain inquiry information. Backup copies are kept for recovery, including copies on a separate storage drive. Deleting an active record may not immediately remove it from existing backups; backup copies are replaced or removed through the backup retention process.
Your requests
Contact us to ask about the personal information you have provided, request a correction or request removal. We may ask for information needed to verify that a request relates to your own data before acting on it.
Changes to this notice
We may update this notice as our website and practices change. The date above identifies the latest update.
